Each BritFit Boot Camp session is led by our head trainer, Steve Cook. The classes vary each day to prevent plateaus and boredom. A typical group session includes strength, anaerobic, and mobility training in 45-60 minutes.
We also customize the program to your individual fitness level.

We use a variety of tools including: dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, boxing gloves and more.
Because our workouts hit the whole body, you burn a greater amount of calories while accelerating your body’s natural fat burning ability.
